About

Bike fitting since 2018

Velodynamics is a bike fitting studio in Tallinn. Today it is run by Kirill Kotšegarov and Rait Läänemets.

Our story

How Velodynamics began

Velodynamics started in 2018, when Sinan and Marko began offering dynamic bike fitting. Over the years more than 400 athletes became their clients. In 2024 they had to decide to put the work on hold – with the changes in their lives, there simply wasn't enough time any more.

That same summer, Rait and Kirill were looking for a way to improve the race positions of the UP43 triathlon club members. Both had worked with Sinan before and were very happy with his methods and the results. So they decided to consult Sinan – to be able to tweak things a little without messing anything up.

During the meeting it turned out that Velodynamics was looking for a new, dedicated owner. And so Rait and Kirill decided to carry Velodynamics on, adding their own professional experience and skills to its existing methods and principles.

Kirill Kotšegarov

Professional triathlete since 2009 · triathlon coach

I'm tall and have fairly broad shoulders. Over a ten-year professional triathlon career, this got me more and more interested in bike setup and aerodynamics. I've had bike fits with several world-renowned fitters, and tested aerodynamics in a wind tunnel and at the velodrome. For me it's important that the athlete is comfortable on the bike, because in triathlon you still have to run afterwards. At the same time, the setup must of course deliver the fastest possible result.
